Almond Crunch Kale Chips: Raw and Dehydrated or Baked

This post contains a video (after the jump) for my favorite Almond Crunch Kale Chips recipe. Thought I’d share it again since it has a few extra tips included and they make great healthy travel food—Happy Holidays! If you haven’t made these yet, now is the time.

    How long do these take in the dehydrator is you wanted to go the raw route?

      Annika, I would say 6-8 hours, but use the taste test to decide for sure 😉 If they aren’t crunchy enough for YU, just dehydrate longer. Enjoy!
