YU Membership – FAQs

Is there a payment plan for Membership?
Not at this time. There was a payment plan available, but unfortunately, a few unpleasant apples made it difficult so I had to stop the offering. I am looking into ways to make it available again, but I’m not sure when it will be possible.

Can I share my Membership?
I provide so many incredible resources (well below their value) in an effort to make transition easier for YU. Please do not share membership credentials or materials with any non-members—that’s pretty much stealing.

Can I buy Membership as a gift for someone?
Well, aren’t YU awesome. Yes, you can gift Membership and most products offered in the shop.

What is the refund policy?
YU Membership is a non-refundable investment (much like music and book retailers), so I trust YU to make a wise and thoughtful decision. As soon as you become a member, I shower you with hundreds of digital pages unlike anything you’ve experienced (but no printed documents are sent). Since all membership materials are digital, there is no way to return them. Your membership will not only reap countless rewards, but your one-time payment helps maintain YumUniverse.com so I can offer you more expectation-exceeding products in the future.

What if I have a problem with my payment?
Email hello at yumuniverse dot com with specific details about your question. Please include your full name, order number, payment receipt, your operating system, type of mobile device (if applicable) and Internet browser. If you paid via Paypal and have a problem, please reach out as described above before filing a complaint through Paypal.

Is there an affiliate program for Membership?
Coming soon. Contact hello at yumuniverse dot com for more information.

What software/device do I need to read Membership materials?
The eBooks are pdf files only that can be read on the following devices: laptop, desktop computer, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch. At this time, a Kindle version is not available. However, some customers have been successful in uploading and reading the eBooks on a Kindle. I do not offer tech support for this process. If you are interested in reading the eBooks on a Kindle, I suggest researching the topic online. I do not guarantee eBooks will format correctly on the Kindle.

YU may find the “Built-in PDF reader for Kindle 2nd Generation devices” section helpful here.
The following software is recommended for the best reading experience:
• Laptop/desktop computer: Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free here.
• iPad, iPhone and iPod touch: upload to iBooks Library. For additional details, click here.
• Hyperlinks within the eBooks may not work when opened with Preview or with the Acrobat Reader app or GoodReader app on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

What if I have a Q that wasn’t answered here?
Contact hello at yumuniverse dot com with a specific Q and I’ll do my very best to help you find the A.
