I have a few posts on the site that walk you through the benefits and steps involved for soaking and sprouting, but I have a feeling many of you are still intimidated by it, so I made a little video (after the jump) to show you how ridiculously easy it is. 2012 is the year you will take on sprouting! (costulessseguros.com) I know YU can do it.

WOW! Thanks for sharing this awesome way to sprout. I’ve been trying with all my heart but this will help a little :). Only fifty more pounds till I lose my goal weight…
Happy new Year Heather!
I’ve recently moved house and just set up my kitchen. I’m looking forward spouting and soaking as part of organizing my pantry.
WOW! I’ve been thinking about sprouting, but put it off because I’ve been intimidated by all of the equipment. My local farmers market has a multiple level one (Fresh Life Automatic Sprouter) they sell for almost $200. It seemed such a complex process (& cost) that I shied away from it. But as of TODAY….(15 minutes after watching your video, Ridiculously Easy Sprouting 101,) I have two bowls at Step 1-Soaking. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and experiences!!!
YU can do it Yve! 😉
