YumUniverse Pantry to Plate Cookbook Tour

Hello plant lovers. I’ll be traveling to a handful of cities to celebrate my second book, YumUniverse Pantry to Plate this Spring.

Details for the tour will be shaping up the next few weeks and I’ll be updating this page as they do, so check in often. I might not be hitting every city, but I’m trying to get as close to you as I can—please come out and say “hi!”

Join Pantry to Plate author Heather Crosby and co-authors Stepfanie Romine and Matt Frazier  of The No Meat Athlete Cookbook for a “menu takeover” dinner prepared by Chef Jason Sellers from Asheville’s Plant restaurant—featuring gluten-free, plant-based recipes inspired by the author’s new cookbooks.

• 5–6pm: Cocktail & Mocktail hour and small bites (cash bar)
• 6–9pm: 3-course seasonal meal (including dessert)
• Meet & Mingle—Malaprops Bookstore will be selling both books at the event

Join Heather Crosby, Betsy Brockett, and Emily Levenson to celebrate the Pantry to Plate cookbook release and “Season One” of Nourish & Flourish at Studio AM. Meet, mingle, taste Chef Steve’s creations inspired by Pantry to Plate, get a copy or three of the book. Lots of hugs, too.

    I think you may have a typo on your May 18th date. It shows Ashville NV when I think you mean NC.
