Raw Dairy-Free Whipped Cream

The young coconut is a powerful, healing food and it makes a perfect creamy base for this tasty topping. Use Raw Dairy-Free Whipped Cream on vegan pancakes, crepes, raw dairy-free ice creams, raw cakes and more. Mix with fresh organic blueberries, peaches and/or strawberries and drizzle with raw agave nectar for a delicious dessert or snack. Oh, the possibilities.

Ingredients:
Try to buy everything organic. Here’s why.
1/2 cup young coconut meat
1 Tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
1 tsp grade B maple syrup (or raw honey)
Dash fine ground sea salt
1/3 cup coconut water (fresh or store-bought)

Let’s Get Started:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until ultra-smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2hrs before serving. Will keep in fridge for one week.
